OK, now that I have your attention with the title of the topic, let me continue in English :)
I learned that in Finland there is no specific law regulating light pollution, and indeed as I walk around I see lots of streetlights that in parts of Italy (where I'm from) would be replaced since light pollution has been regulated.

Needless to say, in Italy it happened thanks to pressure by the amateur astronomers' community.
Is anybody here taking any action so that things may eventually improve in Finland.

I live in Espoo and when I look at clouds towards Helsinki, holy smoke they are white at night due to the light coming from the ground!
Can we do something about it?

Hello

Things I`ve seen or heard to improve this light pollution matter, have only been related to money savings (at least in my knowledge) in here Kuopio. Few kilometers of streetlights is turned off at somedays, but nothing remarkable. "People live in belief. that crime levels would increase without street lights"
